Method
1.Rub the beef with a little oil and seasoning and barbecue or roast to your liking. Rest the meat for at least 10 minutes before slicing thinly.
2.In a frying pan on medium heat cook onion in about 1 Tbsp oil until soft and starting to brown, then add honey, thyme, vinegar, caraway seeds and mustard and allow to simmer until sticky and golden.
3.Split the slider buns and layer with the sliced beef, caramel onions, rocket leaves and sliced cheese.
