Radish and carrot salad

This fresh and crunchy radish and carrot salad is the perfect addition for your next family BBQ! SO simple and easy, and SO delicious!

Radish and carrot salad
  • 2 (360g) carrots, grated coarsely
  • 2 medium (480g) oranges
  • 1/2 teaspoon orange blossom water
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 8 mint leaves

    Arrange the carrot and radish on a small serving platter.

    Squeeze the juice from the oranges – you will need 2/3 cup (160ml) juice.

    Combine the juice, orange blossom water, cumin and oil in a jug. Stir to combine then pour the dressing over the salad. Scatter the mint over the top.
