1.Preheat the oven to 220ËšC. Place the pizza bases on an oven tray lined with baking paper. Combine the pizza sauce and pesto and spread half onto each pizza base. Top the sauce with the mozzarella and onion.
2.Bake the pizzas in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the bases are crisp and golden and the cheese is bubbly. Top the pizzas with the salmon, rocket and capers before serving them.
