When unexpected guests pop around and you need food fast, this quick bean dip is sure to impress.

Quick bean dip
- 400 gram can cannellini beans, drained, rinsed
- 1/4 cup (70g) tahini
- 1/4 cup (70g) natural yoghurt
- 2 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- smoked paprika, to serve
- pita crisps, to serve
Method
Quick bean dip
- 1Mash beans in a bowl and stir in remaining ingredients. Sprinkle with paprika and serve with pita crisps.
Notes
For smoother dip texture, process all the ingredients in a food processor.
