Ingredients

Purple power smoothie bowl
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
  • 1 banana
  • 2 dates, stones removed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds, soaked in 3/4 cup coconut milk for 10 minutes
Topping
  • 1 kiwifruit, sliced
  • 2 tablespoon coconut threads
  • walnuts, to garnish

Method

    Blend all ingredients, except toppings, and spoon smoothies into serving bowls. Arrange toppings equally between two bowls and serve with spoons.
