Method

1.Heat oil in a heavy-based saucepan on medium. Add onion and korma curry paste. Cook, stirring, 2-3 minutes, until onion softens.
2.Add chicken and cook, 3-5 minutes, until beginning to colour. Stir in coconut cream and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, 5 minutes.
3.Stir in pumpkin and cook, 15-20 minutes, until pumpkin is tender. Stir through beans during last 3 minutes of cooking. Serve with rice and pappadums, if you like.
