Method
Prawn and scallop skewers with aioli
1.Wrap each scallop in a piece of prosciutto.
2.Thread 2 prawns, then a scallop into each skewer. Spray with olive oil.
3.Heat a barbecue plate or char-grill on high. Cook skewers for 2- 3 minutes each side until cooked through. Serve with aioli.

4.In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Season to taste.
