Prawn and scallop kebabs with peri peri
- 16 uncooked medium king prawns (shrimp),
- 16 scallops
- 1/4 cup mustard seed oil
- 2 tablespoon peri peri seasoning
- lemon wedges, to serve
Method
Prawn and scallop kebabs with peri peri
- 1Shell and devein prawns, leaving tails intact. Remove roe from scallops.
- 2Combine prawns and scallops with oil and peri peri seasoning in large bowl. Thread scallops and prawns alternately onto 8 skewers.
- 3Cook on heated oiled barbecue (or grill or grill plate). Serve with lemon wedges.
