Method

1.In a large saucepan, cook potatoes in salted water on medium heat 10 minutes, until tender. Drain, cool and slice each potato into four rounds.
2.Combine potato, tuna, onion, mayonnaise, parsley and capers in a bowl, toss to coat well. Pack into four airtight containers and chill.
