Method
1.Line a bamboo steamer basket with non-stick baking paper.
2.Combine all ingredients, except gow gee wrappers, in a bowl. Spoon 2 teaspoons of mixture into centre of each wrapper. Brush edges of wrapper with a little water. Fold wrapper over filling and pleat to seal.
3.To make vinegar soy dressing, combine all ingredients in a bowl.
4.Arrange dim sim in a single layer in prepared steamer. Place over a wok of gently simmering water and cover tightly with lid. Steam in batches for 5-7 minutes, until cooked through. Serve hot with vinegar soy dressing.
Filling may be prepared ahead of time and frozen, if desired.
