Ingredients
Pork and gai lan stir-fry
- 500 gram fresh hokkien noodles
- 1 1/2 tablespoon peanut oil
- 600 gram pork fillet, cut into strips
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 kilogram gai lan, trimmed, chopped
- 1/3 cup (80ml) oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Method
Pork and gai lan stir-fry
- 1Cover noodles with boiling water, stand for 10 minutes. Use chopsticks to separate. Drain and set aside.
- 2Meanwhile, heat half of peanut oil in a frying pan on high. Cook pork in batches until browned. Set aside.
- 3Heat remaining oil on high. Cook onion, garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add pork, gai lan, noodles and sauces. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in sesame.
