Ingredients

Pork and gai lan stir-fry
  • 500 gram fresh hokkien noodles
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 600 gram pork fillet, cut into strips
  • 1 red onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 kilogram gai lan, trimmed, chopped
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Method

Pork and gai lan stir-fry

    Cover noodles with boiling water, stand for 10 minutes. Use chopsticks to separate. Drain and set aside.

    Meanwhile, heat half of peanut oil in a frying pan on high. Cook pork in batches until browned. Set aside.

    Heat remaining oil on high. Cook onion, garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Add pork, gai lan, noodles and sauces. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Stir in sesame.
