1.A day ahead of serving, scatter several tablespoons of pomegranate seeds into an ice cube tray with a few rosemary leaves. Top with water and freeze.
2.Put the remaining pomegranate seeds, lime juice, pomegranate juice and lemon lime and bitters into a large jug, mix to combine. Place ice cubes into glasses and pour cooler over the ice, garnish with sprigs of rosemary and serve.
