Method
1.Heat oven to 180°C. Char-grill cobs on a barbecue for 4-5 minutes, turning on all sides. Once cool, slice kernels from cobs. Toss chicken with piri piri sauce. Heat taco shells for 5 minutes in oven.
2.Fill each shell with rocket, tomato, avocado, chicken mixture and corn. Dollop with sour cream and extra piri piri sauce to serve.
