Pink swirl marshmallow pops

This light and fluffy pink swirl marshmallow pops recipe is perfect for the whole family to enjoy for a deliciously sweet afternoon treat. Ideal for kids' parties!

  • 1 cup caster sugar
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon gelatine
  • 1/3 cup boiling water
  • pink food colouring
  • 8 ice-block sticks
  • melted milk chocolate

    Line a 10 x 20cm loaf pan with baking paper. Using an electric mixer, beat caster sugar, cold water and vanilla for 30 seconds.

    In a jug, dissolve gelatine in boiling water. Beat into sugar mixture for 5 minutes until fluffy. Dot a little pink food colouring over marshmallow and swirl. Pour into pan.

    Evenly insert ice-block sticks. Set at room temperature. Using a hot, sharp knife, cut marshmallow into ice blocks. Drizzle with melted milk chocolate.
