1.Line a 10 x 20cm loaf pan with baking paper. Using an electric mixer, beat caster sugar, cold water and vanilla for 30 seconds.
2.In a jug, dissolve gelatine in boiling water. Beat into sugar mixture for 5 minutes until fluffy. Dot a little pink food colouring over marshmallow and swirl. Pour into pan.
3.Evenly insert ice-block sticks. Set at room temperature. Using a hot, sharp knife, cut marshmallow into ice blocks. Drizzle with melted milk chocolate.
