Method
1.Combine fruit, sugar and ground cinnamon in a saucepan.
2.Stir over a low heat, without boiling, for 10 minutes until sugar dissolves.
3.Bring to the boil on high. Reduce heat to medium and simmer, without stirring, for 20-25 minutes or until setting point is reached.
4.Ladle into warm, sterilised jars. When cool, seal and label.
5.Serve pineapple jam on hot croissants.
