Pepperoni pizza

Ingredients

Pepperoni pizza
  • 30 centimetre bought pizza base
  • 1/3 cup (90 grams) tomato paste
  • 2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 cup (200 grams) coarsely grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup (20 grams) coarsely grated parmesan cheese
  • 150 gram thinly sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup (80 grams) seeded black olives

Method

Pepperoni pizza

    Preheat oven to 180°C.
  • 2
    Place pizza base on oiled oven tray. Spread base with combined tomato paste and oregano; sprinkle with two-thirds of the combined cheeses. Top with pepperoni and olives then remaining cheeses.

    Bake about 20 minutes or until base is cooked through and cheese is bubbling.

Notes

Any salami, cabanossi or ham can be substituted for the pepperoni.
