Method
1.In a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, cook pasta following packet instructions. Drain well. Return to pan and keep warm.
2.Heat oil in a large frying pan on medium. Sauté onion, garlic and chilli for 3-4 minutes until onion is tender. Add tomatoes and water, bringing to the boil. Remove from heat.
3.Add sauce to pasta with feta, olives and parsley. Season to taste and serve.
