Method

1.Cook Birds Eye Pearl Couscous with Chick Peas following packet directions.
2.Meanwhile combine oil, white balsamic condiment and honey to make a dressing. Season to taste.
3.Drizzle dressing over Birds Eye Pearl Couscous with Chick Peas. Toss gently to combine in a large serving bowl.
4.Garnish with capsicum, onion, pine nuts and basil. Serve immediately.
