Method
1.In a large bowl, combine coconut, condensed milk and citrus juice and zest, stirring, until mixture thickens. Fold through cream, then the pear.
2.Warm the crepes following packet directions. Spoon an even amount of pear mixture onto each crepe. Fold into quarters and serve dusted with icing sugar.
