Ingredients
Peanut butter cups
- 1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 2 60g packets mini chocolate cups
- 500 millilitre vanilla ice-cream
- 1/2 cup instant setting chocolate topping
- 2 tablespoon crushed nuts
Method
Peanut butter cups
- 1Place 1 teaspoon peanut butter in each cup. Top with a heaped teaspoon of ice-cream. Drizzle with topping. Sprinkle with nuts. Freeze until ready to serve.
