  • 8 slice bread
  • 2 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 large carrot, grated
  • 2 lettuce leaves, shredded
  • pretzels, raisins or sultanas, to decorate

Method

    Using a 10.5cm round or animal-shaped pastry cutter, cut a shape from each slice of bread.

    Spread peanut butter over four bread shapes. Top with carrot, lettuce and remaining bread.

    Decorate with pretzels for hair and mouth. Use raisins or sultanas for eyes and nose.
