Peach melba crumble
Filled with warming flavour, this scrumptious peach melba crumble dessert recipe is perfect served for loved ones on cold evenings

Ingredients
- 800 gram canned peach halves, drained
- 300 gram packet frozen raspberries
- juice of ½ orange
- 2 tablespoon caster sugar
- 1 1/2 cup natural muesli
- 3/4 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 100 gram butter, chopped
- 1/4 cup macadamia nut halves, chopped
- vanilla custard to serve
Method
- 1Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C.
- 2In a medium baking dish, combine peaches and raspberries. Stir juice through and sprinkle with caster sugar.
- 3In a large bowl, combine muesli, flour and brown sugar. Rub in butter until mixture is crumbly, then stir nuts through. Scatter crumble evenly over fruit in dish.
- 4Bake for 15-20 minutes until topping is crisp and golden. Serve warm with custard.
Notes
- Natural muesli is an untoasted mixture, whereas regular muesli or granola has already been baked.
