Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-forced). Grease 12 (1/2-cup/125ml) rectangular or oval friand pans; place on an oven tray.
2.Place egg whites in a medium bowl; beat lightly with a fork. Stir in butter, hazelnut meal, sifted icing sugar and flour. Spoon mixture into pans; top with peach slices.
3.Bake friands for about 25 minutes or until cooked when tested. Stand friands in pans for 5 minutes; turn, top-side up, onto wire rack to cool.
