Method

1.Preheat oven to 100°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2.Using an electric beater, beat egg whites until firm peaks form. Gradually add sugar and beat until thick and glossy.
3.Spread mixture into 6 x 12cm rounds on prepared tray. Shape pavlovas with a spatula. Bake for 1 hour. Cool on a wire rack.
4.Whip cream until firm and stir in vanilla and icing sugar. Spread onto pavlovas and top with tamarillo wedges. Serve.
