Woman's Day Serves 6 Prep 15M Women's Weekly Food Previous Next Print Ingredients 5 cup cooked spiral pasta 250 gram punnet cherry tomatoes, quartered 1 red capsicum, seeded, chopped 1/2 barbecued chicken, meat shredded 1/2 cup roughly chopped parsley 3 slices salami or prosciutto, cooked, chopped 2 green onions, finely sliced Dressing 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 teaspoon white wine vinegar 1 teaspoon dijon mustard Method 1.In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, capsicum, chicken, parsley, salami and onions. 2.In a jug, whisk all dressing ingredients together with a fork. 3.Pour dressing over salad and season to taste.
