Method
1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C. Grease and line a 15 x 25cm slice pan.
2.Process seeds, raisins and cacao until they bind together. Spread evenly over the base of pan.
3.In a large bowl, combine apples, honey, currants, flour, juice and cinnamon. Spread evenly over base and sprinkle with coconut. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
