Method

1.Fold the nori sheet into quarters lengthwise. Using scissors, cut the seaweed into fine slithers.
2.In a bowl combine mayonnaise, lime zest, juice and wasabi paste.
3.Serve oysters in the shell or in ceramic spoons. Top with wasabi mayonnaise and shredded nori.
