Method
1.Carefully remove oysters from their shells; wash and dry the shells if necessary. Return the oysters to the shells; place in a single layer on a serving platter or individual serving plates.
2.Place remaining ingredients in a screw-top jar; shake well. Season with salt. Drizzle dressing over oysters; serve immediately.
Not suitable to freeze or microwave When serving oysters in the shell, they are best pushed into a bed of rock salt so they they don’t tip over, losing their dressing.
