Orchard cooler
The orange marmalade adds a burst of bitter-sweetness in this fruity beverage that can be enjoyed with friends at any time of the day!

Ingredients
Orchard cooler
- 30 millilitre cloudy apple juice
- 15 millilitre lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon orange marmalade
- 1 teaspoon passionfruit pulp
- ice
- 50-100ml Appletiser, to top
- half passionfruit, for garnish
Method
Orchard cooler
- 1Add juices, marmalade and pulp to ice-filled shaker.
- 2Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
- 3Top with Appletiser.
- 4Garnish with half a passionfruit.
Notes
To make this a cocktail simply add 45ml vodka.
