Orchard cooler

The orange marmalade adds a burst of bitter-sweetness in this fruity beverage that can be enjoyed with friends at any time of the day!

Ingredients

Orchard cooler
  • 30 millilitre cloudy apple juice
  • 15 millilitre lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange marmalade
  • 1 teaspoon passionfruit pulp
  • ice
  • 50-100ml Appletiser, to top
  • half passionfruit, for garnish

Method

Orchard cooler
  • 1
    Add juices, marmalade and pulp to ice-filled​ shaker.
  • 2
    Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
  • 3
    Top with Appletiser.
  • 4
    Garnish with half a passionfruit.

Notes

To make this a cocktail simply add 45ml vodka.
