Method

1.Sift flour into medium bowl; add garlic, chilli, turmeric and salt. Whisk in enough of the water to form a smooth paste.
2.Add both onions, coriander and zucchini; mix well.
3.Heat oil in wok or large saucepan; deep-fry level tablespoons of mixture, in batches, until fritters are browned. Drain on absorbent paper.
