Method

1.Lightly grease a 20cm square cake pan.
2.Melt butter in a small saucepan. Stir in sugar and egg over low heat, until sugar dissolves and mixture begins to thicken. Add vanilla and set aside to cool slightly.
3.In a bowl, combine crushed biscuits, 1/3 cup nuts and cocoa. Stir in cooled butter mixture until well combined. Press firmly into pan. Chill until firm.
4.To make Icing; in a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Drizzle over slice. Sprinkle with remaining nuts. Chill until firm.
