Method
1.Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Line 12-hole (1/3-cup) muffin tray with paper cases.
2.Sift flour into a large bowl; add sugar, muesli and cinnamon. Stir to combine. Make a well at the centre. Combine yoghurt, puree, milk and egg in a medium jug: pour into well. Stir until just combined.
3.Spoon mixture into prepared holes. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer inserted at the centre comes out clean. Cool in tray for 5 minutes; transfer to a wire rack to cool. Dust with icing sugar.
