Mixed berry bonbons
With only three ingredients and just five steps this dessert is sure to be a repeat offender. With fresh berries, vanilla ice cream and melted white chocolate it's a festive treat you won't want to resist.

Ingredients
Mixed berry bonbons
- 600 millilitre good-quality vanilla ice-cream, softened
- 300 gram frozen mixed berries
- 200 gram white chocolate, chopped
Method
Mixed berry bonbons
- 1Combine the ice-cream and berries in a large bowl; stir gently until just combined. Press the ice-cream into a container; cover, freeze until firm.
- 2Line a tray with baking paper. Scoop eight rounds of ice-cream; place on the prepared tray. Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.
- 3Place chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl over a medium saucepan of simmering water; stir until just melted. Cool.
- 4Using a spoon, drizzle melted chocolate over the ice-cream balls. Freeze until firm. Transfer to an airtight container; freeze until ready to serve.
- 5Serve bonbons individually in decorative paper cases or piled up on a serving plate.
Notes
Suitable to freeze. Chocolate suitable to microwave.
