Ingredients

Mint sauce
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup finely shredded mint leaves

Method

    In a saucepan on medium heat, combine vinegar, sugar and water. Bring to the boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in mint leaves. Serve warm or cold (store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator).
