Method
1.Preheat oven to 220°C/425°F.
2.Place rolls on an oven tray. Bake about 5 minutes or until light golden; cool. Split rolls lengthways, being careful not to cut all the way through.
3.Meanwhile, whisk mayonnaise, sauces and horseradish cream in a small bowl until combined.
4.Shell and devein prawns.
5.Place lettuce, onion, chives and rind in a medium bowl; toss gently to combine. Divide salad between rolls, top with prawns and dressing.
This recipe can be prepared several hours ahead; assemble close to serving.
