Mini hamburger

What kid wouldn’t love to find these mini hamburgers in their lunchbox?

Ingredients

Mini hamburger
  • 4.5 beef sausages
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • 10 little buns
Burger salad
  • lettuce leaves
  • sliced tomatoes
  • cheese slices
  • tomato or bbq sauce

Method

Mini hamburger

    Squeeze out the sausage meat from the skins and shape it into small patties (1 sausage makes 2 patties).

    Heat the oil in a large, nonstick frying pan, and cook the patties over a medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes each side until cooked through.
  • 3
    Split the buns, toast if desired, and layer them with your patties, burger salad and sauce of preference.
