Ingredients
Mini hamburger
- 4.5 beef sausages
- 2 tablespoon oil
- 10 little buns
Burger salad
- lettuce leaves
- sliced tomatoes
- cheese slices
- tomato or bbq sauce
Method
Mini hamburger
- 1Squeeze out the sausage meat from the skins and shape it into small patties (1 sausage makes 2 patties).
- 2Heat the oil in a large, nonstick frying pan, and cook the patties over a medium-low heat for 3-4 minutes each side until cooked through.
- 3Split the buns, toast if desired, and layer them with your patties, burger salad and sauce of preference.
