1.Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Place 1 cookie, flat-side up, over each hole of a 12-hole (2-tablespoon) round-based patty pan. Bake for 2 minutes or until soft. Working quickly, use a small ladle to carefully press softened cookies into pan; mould into a cup shape. Cool. Transfer cookie cases to a serving plate.
2.Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese and caramel topping in a bowl until smooth. Spoon mixture into cookie cases; top with banana. Serve dusted with cinnamon.
Biscuits will soften. Serve on day they’re made. Makes 12 (3 Tarts Per Serve)
