Mini baguettes with leg ham, brie and mustard mayo
- 6 half baguettes (or 3 large baguettes, halved; sourdough if possible)
- 1 cup good-quality mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon wholegrain mustard
- 12 slice ham, off the bone
- 200 gram double brie, thinly sliced
- 1 baby cos lettuce, washed
Method
Mini baguettes with leg ham, brie and mustard mayo
- 1Slice baguettes down middle.
- 2In bowl, mix mayonnaise with mustard. Generously spread mustard mayonnaise over bread.
- 3Fill bread with slices of ham, brie and some cos lettuce leaves. Wrap in greaseproof paper. Refrigerate until needed.
