Ingredients

Method

1.Cook pasta in boiling water for 10-12 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold running water.
2.Meanwhile, break each sausage into 6 pieces, and roll into balls. Heat the oil in a non-stick frying pan. Cook the meatballs over medium heat tor 5 minutes, until brown and cooked through
3.Toss the pasta with pesto, and add the meatballs, tomatoes and capsicum.

Try using frozen meatballs from the freezer section of the supermarket, or from the deli.
