Meat lovers’ pizza

1.Heat a little oil in a frying pan and cook the mince with the onion and garlic until the mince is brown and crumbly.
2.Drain any fat and moisture from the mince.
3.Preheat the oven to 220ºC. Place the pizza base onto an unlined baking tray and spread the pasta sauce evenly over the base.
4.Drizzle over half the barbecue sauce and top with the cooked mince and half the cheese.
5.Arrange the salami, sausage and bacon over the pizza and drizzle with the remaining barbecue sauce.
6.Top with the remaining cup of cheese and bake for 10-15 minutes until the pizza is cooked and golden. Cut into slices and serve immediately.
