Meat lover’s pizza

Sopressa, Italian aged salami, has a spicy, slightly sweet taste with hints of pepper and garlic. Chorizo has its origins in Spanish cuisine, and gets its smoky flavour and deep red colour from smoked pimentón, more commonly known as paprika. Both meats can be quite spicy so taste the different varieties on offer at the delicatessen before making this meat lover's pizza.
