Method
1.Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan forced. Wrap each chicken drumstick with half rasher of bacon, then place on baking tray.
2.Place potatoes, parsnips, apple, onion and thyme in a large bowl and drizzle with butter and maple syrup. Season with salt and pepper and toss well to combine.
3.Arrange vegetables around chicken on baking tray and pour over butter and maple syrup from bowl. Roast for 40 minutes until chicken and vegetables are cooked and golden.
4.Remove from oven, sprinkle parsley and dish up!
