Mango, turmeric and orange dairy-free smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup mango, chopped (approx 1 large mango cheek)
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1 apple, peeled, cut into chunks
- 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1/2 cup water or coconut water, approx
Method
- 1Place mango, orange, apple, ginger and turmeric in a processor or blender and pulse with a dash of liquid.
- 2Blend until smooth, adding more liquid to adjust the consistency.
Notes
