Mango, turmeric and orange dairy-free smoothie

  • 1 cup mango, chopped (approx 1 large mango cheek)
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1 apple, peeled, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/2 cup water or coconut water, approx

    Place mango, orange, apple, ginger and turmeric in a processor or blender and pulse with a dash of liquid.

    Blend until smooth, adding more liquid to adjust the consistency.
