Method
1.In a processor or blender blend ½ the mango with the orange juice.
2.Spoon some granola into the bottom of each serving dish. Add a good spoonful of Yoplait Coconut Protein Plus Yoghurt and a spoonful of the mango puree.
3.Add a spoonful of chopped mango to each serving then repeat twice with another layer of granola remaining yoghurt, mango puree and chopped mango.
4.Decorate the top with a sprinkle of granola and some coconut flakes.
Serve as a luxurious breakfast or light summer dessert.
