Method

1.In a large saucepan, place mango, sugar and vinegar; stir over low heat for about 5-10 minutes, or until sugar dissolves.
2.Add remaining ingredients; simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, for about 45 minutes or until mixture is thick.
3.Pour chutney into hot sterilised jars; seal.
