Malteser and salted caramel donuts
For the perfect indulgence try these deliciously sweet malteser and salted caramel donuts that are incredibly easy to make and are exceptional filled with cream

Ingredients
- 6 cinnamon donuts, halved horizontally
- 50 gram milk chocolate, melted
- 50 gram white chocolate, melted
- 60 gram Maltesers, roughly crushed
- 300 millilitre thickened cream
- 190 gram (½ can) caramel condensed milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Method
- 1Line an oven tray with baking paper. Arrange donut halves on tray. Spread the tops of 3 donut halves with milk chocolate and press on Maltesers. Spread another 3 with white chocolate and top with Maltesers. Set aside for 5 minutes for chocolate to firm.
- 2In a bowl, using an electric mixer, beat cream and caramel until it forms firm peaks. Stir in salt. Transfer mixture to a piping bag fitted with a large fluted nozzle.
- 3Arrange remaining donut halves on the baking tray. Pipe with cream, then top with chocolate tops. Serve immediately.
