Method
1.Toast bread, then cool.
2.Divide cream cheese into 3 bowls and add 2 teaspoons honey to each bowl. Using food colouring, tint one bowl blue, one pink and one green.
3.Spread each colour in sections onto toast, smearing colours slightly. Top with glitter and sprinkles.
Use tinted buttercream, if preferred.
