Lemon honey chicken nibbles

These sticky sweet and tangy chicken nibbles are so quick and easy to make. They're the perfect appetiser when you're entertaining. The kids will love them too!

Lemon honey chicken nibbles
  • 800 gram chicken nibbles
  • juice and zest of 2 juicy lemons
  • 1/4 cup liquid honey
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce

    Place the chicken nibbles in a large resealable bag.

    Combine the remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Add half to the bag, toss to coat nibbles evenly, then marinate for 3-4 hours in the fridge.

    Preheat the oven to 170°C. Line a large roasting dish with cooking paper. Arrange the nibbles in a single layer and bake for 20 minutes.

    Drizzle or brush over some of the remaining sauce, cook another 10 minutes and repeat with the last of the sauce, cooking a further 5-10 minutes until tender, golden and juicy.
