Method

1.In a saucepan of boiling salted water, cook kumara 4-5 minutes, until just tender. Drain well.
2.Preheat barbecue plate to hot. In a large bowl, combine oil, sauce and kumara. Toss to coat well and season to taste.
3.Arrange wedges in a single layer on barbecue plate. Barbecue 10-15 minutes, turning and brushing with sauce, until cooked through and golden brown.
4.Serve wedges hot with a pot sour cream sprinkled with green onions.

To make these in the oven, spread in a single layer on an oven tray and bake at 200°C 25-30 minutes. Turn after 20 minutes and baste with marinade.
