Method

1.Preheat the oven to 190ºC. Arrange 12 patty cake cups on a baking tray.
2.In a large bowl, sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add the sugar.
3.Whisk together the eggs, melted butter and milk in another bowl. Gently fold together the wet and dry mixtures. Fold in the diced kiwifruit and chopped chocolate.
4.Spoon the mixture into the cupcake papers and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until puffed and golden.

You can also use normal cupcake papers for this recipe but you’ll need to sit the papers inside the holes of a muffin pan for support.
